Shibu Kizhakevilayil
Shibu Kizhakevilayil is our Head of M&A and a member of our Board since October 2019. In his role as Global Healthcare President, he was leading the healthcare division of SecureKloud Technologies, Inc. since 2015 and was also instrumental in identifying, acquiring and integrating healthcare IT companies. Mr. Kizhakevilayil had successfully built and sold 3 IT consulting companies in his earlier career.
Lena Kannappan
Lena Kannappan is our Head of Strategic Partnerships and a member of our Board since October 2019. He has been the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Cloud, Identity, and Access Management business for SecureKloud Technologies, Inc. since 2013. He founded FuGen Solutions acquired by SecureKloud in 2013, is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of software industry experience and supports investments and M&A activities for SecureKloud. He is also one of the original founders of SAML 2.0 protocol and Federated Identity Management model for the industry.

Suresh Venkatachari
Suresh Venkatachari is our Chairman & Chief Executive Officer since October 2019 and leads our global leadership team. Mr. Venkatachari is also serving as the Chairman & CEO of the parent company, SecureKloud Technologies, Inc. since 2009. He is a thoughtful leader and entrepreneur and has developed and executed demand-driven strategies to grow the businesses. He has founded multiple IT companies over the past 25 years, specialized in Banking, Healthcare and in Cloud Technologies.

Dave Rosa
Dave Rosa is the Chairman of the Board of Directors; and is a member of our Board of Directors since August 2021. He is also the President and CEO of NeuroOne Medical Technologies, a publicly traded company. He also serves on the boards of Biotricity a publicly traded company. Mr. Rosa has over 25 years of experience in holding a variety of senior management roles across several medical device markets.
Paige Heaphy
Paige is currently the Chief Integration and Experience Officer at GYANT, a digital healthcare company. Prior to GYANT, she has over held a range of positions in health systems, focused on strategy and driving digital and operational transformation. Ms. Heaphy has been a mentor for the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Ronald McClurg
Mr. McClurg has over 30 years of financial leadership experience with public and private companies. Mr. McClurg has served as CFO of NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: NMTC) since January 2021. Prior to joining NeuroOne, from 2003 to 2019, Mr. McClurg served as VP – Finance and CFO of Incisive Surgical, Inc. Prior to 2003, Mr. McClurg served as CFO of Wavecrest Corporation, Video Sentry Corporation, Insignia Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISIG), and Orthomet, Inc. Currently, he serves on the board of governors of Biomagnetic Sciences, LLC and serves as a director and audit committee chair for Biotricity, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTCY).
Jainal Bhuiyan
Jainal is currently a Senior Managing Director in investment banking at Paulson Investment Company. Prior to Paulson, he was a partner at HRA Capital, a boutique investment bank he co-founded in 2012 . Over the course of his 18 years of healthcare investment banking and capital markets experience, he has advised private and public healthcare companies from start-ups to commercially mature enterprises, totaling more than $3B in transactions. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.

John Leo
John Leo is a member of our Board of Directors since August 2021. He is also the Chairman and Managing Member of Primary Capital. Mr. Leo comes with an experience of 20 years and is an experienced business operator, investment banker and fund manager. His experience includes deal origination, execution and financing for a broad range of investment banking transactions on a global basis. Prior to acquiring Primary Capital in 2007 Mr. Leo was the founder and CEO of American Union Securities
April Bjornstad
April Bjornstad is a member of our Board of Directors since August 2021. She is also the Director, Investor Relations at Microsoft Corporation. Ms. Bjornstad is a senior finance leader with nearly 30 years of experience across strategic management, M&A, and corporate finance Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Bjornstad served in senior leadership roles at Applied Materials Inc., Sybase Inc., Broadcom Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP.
JEFFREY S. MATHIESEN
Jeffrey Mathiesen is a member of our Board of Directors since March 2022. He is also the CFO of Helius Medical Technologies, Inc., a publicly held medical technology company focused on neurological wellness. He also serves as Vice Chair, Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair for Panbela Therapeutics, Inc. and as Director and Audit Committee Chair for NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation, both of which having recently up-listed to Nasdaq. He has 30 years of experience as CFO of growth oriented, technology-based companies across a wide range of industries including biopharma, medical device, semiconductor capital equipment and water filtration. Jeffrey’s accomplishments include three initial public offerings (IPOs) on NASDAQ, equity and debt financings totaling more than $250 million and multiple M&A transactions.
